Woah! Where'd you come from?

WH local to be the only local?

I am not sure how I feel about this.  It seems that the idea is getting kicked around a bit.  Local in WH's is obviously how it should be.  You are in some place, in the middle of nowhere, connected by well...worm holes.  Local should be how it is.


For High Sec and Low Sec, there should never be a delay as this is very well known space and partly policed by CONCORD.  0.0 is the only place I think a change to local could go.  It is lawless.  It is its own monster.  CONCORD could give a rip about what happens in Null Sec.

I'll need to ponder this idea more but I am not sure I would want any change to local but I can see the advantages.
